Course Registration and class assignments can be completed in the Customer Service Portal.  Login to your account (or create a new account) online to register for this class or to view the updated schedule of available classes.
Course Description:
     Prerequisite: age 8 years by date of birth, or successful completion of NinjaZone comparable course, or on advice of instructor.
      Mens Level 1 is a broad spectrum of skill levels ranging from beginners to experienced gymnasts. Beginners may train along side more experienced athletes as part of the teaching strategy. Skills are based on the USA Gymnastics Boys Basic Program Manual requirements.  Progressions required for more advanced skills (round-offs, back-bends, handstand holds, etc.) are emphasized in these classes along with basic floor exercise skills, vault landing, stationary rings, high bar, mushroom, and flexibility, in a positive, structured, supervised environment.
     Advancement to Level 2 is recommended by the instructor when the student successfully completes a mobility evaluation with an all-around average score of 8.0 or higher when attempting the Primary Skills listed below.   This course also prepares young athletes for advancement to the Believe Competition Club mens team should he desire to compete in amateur competions in the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic program.
